Denver Steak

Denver Steak is from the chuck primal, specifically the serratus ventralis muscle, which lies beneath the shoulder blade. They can be extremely juicy and full of flavor.  Add some Range Rider Seasoning, Grill or Pan Sear, and slice it against the grain.
