Zucchini 8-Balls
Ingredients:
4 Round Zucchini Squash (If you can’t find,
just use regular zucchini as boats)
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Onion, diced
4 oz. mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
Garlic Salt
Lemon Pepper
Marinara Sauce
Parmesan Cheese
1. Preheat smoker or oven to 350. Slice top off zucchini. Scoop all seeds out of
center of zucchini. Place in oven safe dish.
2. Brown ground beef with garlic salt and lemon pepper to taste. Add
onions, mushrooms, and garlic until cooked and tender.
3. Fill Zucchini 8 balls with ground beef mixture. Spoon Marinara Sauce on
top and sprinkle parmesan cheese. Add top back on or cover with foil.
4. Bake for 45 min to 1 hour until fork tender.
